Luke Fielder is a new excavation company owner currently running a three-man crew. In this second part of our interview with Luke, he talks about some of the jobs he is working on, the problems with trying to find more employees, and the difficulty acquiring the equipment he needs (even rentals) to complete his jobs. He also touches on the fact that his wife plays a critical role in the business by handling paperwork and administrative tasks.
